• No shows and Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will not result in a refund.

• Cancellations within 48 hours but before 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% refund.

• Cancellations or reschedules may be done for free, up to 48 hours before your appointment.

Reminder!

• We hold onto pottery for 4 months! You’ll receive an email/call at 3 months as a reminder that we’ll be holding onto it for only ONE more month. Any pottery left behind after 4 months will be removed!
